This book describes vividly Amita Malik's years with the media, first at Lucknow Raio and AIR Delhi where she worked with Melville de Mellow and A S Bokhari and conducted path-breaking interviews with luminaries like Satyajit Ray, Marlon Brando, Trevor Howard, David Niven and John Masters. Her sojourn with the Indian press was as eventful. Her critical columns on TV and film were both heeded and feared.
